I am awful at drinking water. I mean, i'm good at it when i set myself a challenge - for all of about 2 days and then i forget and i spend my days drinking coffee and tea and fanta and coke and anything else that isn't water. Then i sit and wonder why my skin is awful or why i feel bloated and sluggish!
So, Hello September and Hello to a new challenge. I skipped August due to too many study commitments but i'm back and cannot wait to get stuck into a new challenge. So this month, i've challenged myself to drink more water!
I have a confession though, i have had a little head start. I did a little research and downloaded a free application for my phone where you put a target amount of water to drink each day and then it reminds you every so often to drink water! Every amount you drink you log in the app and then at the end of the day you can see the total. I didn't do very well over bank holiday weekend but since i've got back to work i've been drinking more water and less coffee!
To tell the truth, it's already made me feel less tired and bloated by drinking more water, result! I'm hoping my skin will follow suit and clear up shortly the more water i drink because it's currently horrendous and i don't know why!
Do you have any tips on how to drink more water?
